What should you expect when you call for a quote?

Since trees vary incredibly with their sizes and situations arborists have to price each job individually. When you reach out for a quote, whether it is for trimming or removal, we will ask a couple questions about the tree and its location, then book a visit.

When we come to your property we are looking first at the size of the tree, but just as much at how it stands in comparison to things around it. There are techniques for getting trees out of tight spaces or away from buildings vary effectively, it’s just that the more complex the system we have to use the longer it takes. We usually discuss options during the visit, and make sure we understand your priorities, and are sure that the approach we are planning best suits your needs.

After our visit we send you a quote (usually via e-mail) and from there the ball is in your court to weigh your options and compare other quotes. We don’t pressure you to book, or reserve a space for you until we hear back from you that you’d like to go ahead.
